    First National Bank of Northern California may contact customers by phone or email to provide notification of system upgrades, changes or outages.

    First National Bank of Northern California will NEVER attempt to obtain your personal information, such as social security number, account number, Access ID or Password through an email communication.

    If you are suspicious that your online account has been compromised and/or notice any of the following:

    • An e-mail requesting verification of your user ID, password, social security number and/or account number
    • Your authentication image or pass phrase has been changed and you did not change them
    • You do not see your authentication image or pass phrase
